From June 29 to July 1, the 4th Global Semiconductor Industry and Electronic Technology (Chongqing) Expo was held at the Chongqing International Expo Center.

The Expo is jointly supported by the China Electronics Society, the China Automobile Industry Association and the Chongqing Economic and Information Technology Commission, and co-sponsored by the Chongqing Electronics Society, the Sichuan Electronics Society, the Chongqing Semiconductor Industry Association and the Chongqing Power Supply Society.

The 4th Future Semiconductor Industry Development Conference, co-sponsored by Chongqing Economic Development Zone, Qualcomm China, Zhongke Chuangda Joint Innovation Center, launched a special forum on hot topics such as "IC design, packaging testing, high-performance power supply & electric vehicle technology, smartphone chips, automotive chips, Sichuan-Chongqing semiconductor industry investment".

Cao Xueqin, deputy secretary-general of the China Electronics Society, said in his speech at the conference that advanced semiconductor manufacturing will become more important in the future. Under the background of increasing macroeconomic environmental uncertainties such as trade frictions, accelerating import substitution and realizing the autonomy and control of the semiconductor industry have risen to the national strategic height, and the development of China's semiconductor industry has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.
