Automatic coating machine

Automatic coating machine _Offline model that means it's regular auto coater which is not suitable for consistent machine series of lithograpy room. 

The feeding area can hold 8 cassettes, which are divided into 2 cassette holders at the front and rear, 1 set of cassette holders can hold 4 cassettes

■ Dispensing area: It is divided into 4 dispensing areas on the left and right. Each dispensing area has 1 set of rotary suction cups and 1 set of glue dispensing system.

■ Program editing: The recipes can be stored according to different material settings of the customer, and 20 groups of recipes can be stored, and the recipes can be set in steps.

■ Operation procedure: Photosensitive liquid coating

1. Select the formula to use

2. Discharge material into the feeding area

3. Press the start button

■ Production capacity: about 200 pieces/hour, yield rate: greater than 99%
